A one-time seven-day pass, not a subscription
The first three distinct locations are free. The paid pass is currently $2.99, charged once, for seven days of access. The amount displayed at Stripe checkout applies to that purchase. Earlier purchases keep their original access period and are not charged a price difference.
There is no automatic renewal, subscription, or recurring charge, and nothing to cancel. The seven-day period starts when Terreflow confirms payment and first records the pass activation; access ends at the recorded expiry. Another payment requires a new checkout that you choose to complete. Login, returning to the website, and restoring a saved pass do not create a charge or restart the access period.
Browser access and optional Google recovery
A Google account is not required to pay. Without optional linking, purchased access belongs to the purchasing browser's saved random identifier, not to the whole computer. After payment is confirmed, you may choose Save this pass with Google to link the purchase to your verified Google identity. You can then restore the same remaining access using that account in another browser. Restore does not attach an unrelated browser's purchases or create a new pass.
Clearing browser data or using another browser can prevent recovery of an unlinked pass. Contact support if you need help. We must verify purchase ownership before account recovery; a checkout email alone is not sufficient. See Privacy for identity-data handling.
Informational analysis and data limitations
Terreflow provides terrain-based surface-drainage visualization, available official FEMA flood-zone data, and other location-analysis layers. Surface drainage is not a flood prediction or a property's historical flood-claim record. Data coverage, resolution, age, and upstream availability can limit results; grading, storm drains, levees, and other engineered changes may not be represented. AI explanations may contain errors.
Terreflow is not a substitute for a survey, engineering study, official flood determination, insurance advice, or a professional property assessment. Confirm material decisions with qualified professionals and relevant authorities. Report unavailable or incorrect results to support.
Responsible use and support
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, misuse another person's purchase or account, or disrupt the service through automated abuse. If you have a payment or service issue, contact support with a receipt or transaction reference. Do not send full card details.
